Startup - Graveyard 1 - [ PIXCLECRAFT.COM ]
This is a digital product website that I built entirely from scratch about three months ago. From the design to the product creation, I handled every aspect of development independently. The purpose of this project was to experiment with launching a startup in the digital product space and to gain Knowledge-on experience in building and managing an online business.
Due to limited funding, I am unable to continue its development, and unfortunately, this will be the last month the website remains live. Despite that, I consider this project an important milestone—it reflects my ability to take an idea from concept to execution, manage end-to-end workflows, and explore new business opportunities.
Important things i like to Share : This website is fully functional, allowing customers to order in 20+ currencies using both credit and debit cards. All products are auto-delivered instantly to their email after purchase. Apart from the domain, everything is free, including WhatsApp support.
While this startup may not have scaled as planned, the experience has given me valuable insights into product design, digital strategy, and startup operations. I look forward to applying these lessons to future projects and continuing to build and innovate.
I’m not disappointed; in fact, I’m glad, because this experience has helped me learn and gain a lot of knowledge that I can now implement in my work.
Startup - Graveyard 2 - [ TRENDTWEAK STUDIOS ]
Along with a friend, I started a social media agency in Kolkata with the goal of helping brands grow their digital presence. Within just six months, we successfully onboarded 4–5 clients, delivering results despite working with very limited equipment. We experimented with different strategies and consistently provided them with organic reach, new customers, and increased visibility on social media platforms.
At Trend Tweak Studios, I worked as a Customer Relations & Creative Content Specialist (Feb–Sept 2024), where I managed client communications, oversaw creative workflows, and delivered engaging content strategies. This role gave me hands-on experience in handling projects end-to-end, collaborating with creative teams, and building strong client relationships. The experience provided me with valuable insights into digital content strategy, storytelling, and agency operations, which I continue to apply in my work.
Over the course of six months, we managed two key pages and achieved strong organic growth without any paid advertising.
For Marnix, we grew the community from 3K followers to 7K followers, relying entirely on organic strategies and engaging content. Similarly,
And Forr Kolkata Car Bazar (KCB), we scaled the page from just 200–300 followers to nearly 2,800 followers, again through purely organic methods. These results highlighted our ability to build authentic audiences, drive engagement, and create measurable impact with limited resources.
